FAQ
Can I use Axomod for free?
Yes. Moderation, automod, levels, embeds, custom commands, temporary voice channels, invite tracking, logs, autoroles, welcome messages, reaction roles and Twitch for one streamer are free forever. Inventory, treasury and tickets come with Basic, lineups, giveaways and the rank overview with Pro.
Who can see my server settings?
In the dashboard, people only see servers where Discord gives them “Manage Server”. Admins of other servers cannot access your settings or entries.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Everything happens in the dashboard in your browser. If you prefer Discord, every setting is also available as a slash command. For an empty server, /setup-server can create all channels for you.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything stays unlocked until the end of the paid month. After that the panels of paid modules stop responding, but your stock, balances and settings are kept. Upgrade again and you pick up right where you left off.
Can I customize texts, emojis and times?
Yes. Titles, emojis, times, reminders, welcome texts and color thresholds are all configurable. Custom server emojis work too.
Where is the data stored?
The bot and its database run on a server in Germany. Only the settings and entries the features need are stored. Details are in the privacy policy.
Do I have to rebuild my server?
No. Axomod works with your existing server: in the dashboard you simply pick your existing channels and roles. The automatic setup with /setup-server is optional. Even if you use it, it reuses existing channels with matching names and deletes nothing.
