1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of Axomod (Discord bot and dashboard), provided by the provider named in the legal notice.

2. Services

The free plan can be used without a contract. A subscription (Basic or Pro) unlocks additional modules for one Discord server, as listed in the pricing table on the home page. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee a specific availability. Features also depend on Discord.

3. Contract and payment

The contract is concluded when you choose a plan in the dashboard and complete the payment with Stripe. The price is charged monthly in advance. All prices are final prices.

4. Term and cancellation

Subscriptions run for one month and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to the end of the current month in the dashboard under “Abo verwalten”. After the term ends, paid modules are locked, saved settings are kept.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The full withdrawal policy will be added before paid plans launch.

6. Users' obligations

You use Axomod only within Discord's terms of service and applicable law. Server admins are responsible for which features they use on their server and what content is posted there.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

8. Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected.
